These factories are constructed with significant investment in scale and state-of-the-art equipment, meeting international standards. KIM LONG MOTOR continuously upgrades and integrates the latest technological solutions, develops infrastructure, and fosters a digitalized environment with the aim of quality control and efficiency, striving towards the advancement of smart manufacturing.

PRODUCTION LINE
Welding line
This is where thousands of welding points are performed to create the complete body of KIM LONG-branded commercial vehicles. The production line is equipped with the most advanced spot-welding robots available today, along with contact welding technology and a fully automated body transfer shutter system. These innovations ensure high productivity and effective quality control of weld joints.
Painting line
The electrostatic coating line features 13 continuous ED dipping tanks, each 15 meters long, operating fully automatically, allowing for the complete dipping of the vehicle body. Additionally, the workshop is equipped with an advanced technical parameter control system to ensure the perfection of color and surface coating durability, meeting all of the customers' specific color requirements.
Assembly line
The assembly line is intelligently designed with modern equipment capable of assembling a variety of commercial vehicle products. The chassis hanger system and semi-automatic assembly equipment for engines, axles, and transmissions effectively support each production stage, enhancing precision and improving product quality.
Inspection line
The commercial vehicle inspection process is carried out by engineers using equipment imported from Europe. All inspection steps, including steering angle, suspension system, brakes, and emission levels, are strictly adhered to in accordance with regulations, ensuring that all products meet operational and safety standards before leaving the factory.NEWS - EVENTS

Ngày 02/06/2025, KIM LONG MOTOR bàn giao thành công xe bus điện đầu tiên xuất khẩu sang Hàn Quốc cho Công cho TNHH DAON Mobility. Đây là đợt bàn giao đầu tiên trong hợp đồng cung cấp định kỳ hằng năm 200 xe bus các loại thương hiệu KIM LONG phục vụ cho hoạt động khai thác tour du lịch và đưa đón học sinh tại Hàn Quốc được ký kết giữa hai doanh nghiệp vào tháng 04 vừa qua.

Chiều 29/05/2025, tại Khu công nghiệp sản xuất, lắp ráp ô tô KIM LONG MOTOR Huế đã diễn ra thành công Lễ bàn giao lô xe đợt 3 cho doanh nghiệp vận tải An Anh. Trong đợt này, KIM LONG MOTOR chính thức bàn giao 10 xe bus giường nằm KIMLONG 99-G24 và 15 xe minibus KIMLONG X9.
