KIM LONG MOTORS EVALUATES AND ASSESSES "INTERNAL TRAINERS'
In order to plan and develop the internal trainer team to enhance the quality of internal training, the Training Committee organized an "Evaluation and assessment of internal trainers" for nearly 60 management and potential personnel at KIM LONG Motors.
The trainees directly presented their lectures before the Evaluation council
The Evaluation council, led by Associate Professor Pham Xuan Mai - Scientific, Technological and Training Advisor, collaborated with several relevant personnel. The assessment activity took place after the trainees completed the "Training the Trainer" program and theoretical examinations. Based on the knowledge acquired during the training program, the trainees constructed lectures, lesson plans, and presented directly to the council. Specific evaluation criteria may vary depending on the level, but generally, the council will assess based on the following requirements: understanding of psychology, characteristics, and principles of training mature trainees, proficiency in training methods, and appropriate soft skills...

Mr. Nguyen Cong Khanh - Head of Product Market Department, shared after participating in the evaluation and assessment: "This program helps me realize that, in addition to specialized knowledge, presentation skills are also crucial. After the program, Mr. Pham Xuan Mai - Scientific, Technological and Training Advisor, highly praised the efforts of the trainees during their participation in the training and assessment course. Enhancing the quality of the internal trainer team is one of the crucial solutions for KIM LONG Motors to implement a high-quality human resources development strategy, aligning with the company's rapid development strategy in the coming time.
