Shipping Policy

1. Scope of Regulation: This policy specifies the basic content of the vehicle handover procedures between the Company and the Customer.

2. Applicable Subjects: The Company and Customers purchasing vehicles from the Company.

3. Vehicle Handover Location: The Company will hand over the vehicle to the Customer at the Company's headquarters unless otherwise stipulated in the Contract. The Customer will receive the vehicle directly at the Company's Vehicle Handover Department, following the guidance of a sales consultant.

4. Handover Process General Principles: The Company will only hand over the vehicle to the person who signed the contract with the Company, or to a person who is legally authorized by them. The handover of a vehicle to a legally authorized person has the same legal effect as handing it over to the person who signed the contract. If the authorized person fails to present a document proving their legal authorization at the time of handover, the Company reserves the right to refuse to hand over the vehicle and will notify the contracting party that the handover was unsuccessful. In all cases, the Company will hand over the vehicle to the Customer at the exact location mentioned in the Contract.

Before the handover, the Company's sales consultant will contact the Customer in advance to confirm the time and location of the vehicle handover and guide the Customer on preparing the necessary documents for receiving the vehicle. Any additional costs related to the vehicle handover outside of the showroom will be determined according to the specific provisions in the Contract between the Company and the Customer.

At the time of handover, the Customer is requested to carefully inspect the vehicle type, quantity, condition, accompanying accessories, and/or other promotional items (if any) to ensure they match the agreement between the Parties in the Contract.

The sales consultant, when performing the handover procedure, will prepare a "Vehicle Acceptance and Handover Record ("Record")" which specifies the condition of the vehicle upon delivery and any accompanying accessories (if any).

The Customer is kindly requested to check that the content of the Record accurately reflects the actual handover. A minimum of two copies of the Record will be made, and in all cases, the Customer will always receive one original copy of the Vehicle Acceptance and Handover Record.

Signing the Record serves as confirmation that the Company has handed over the vehicle and the Customer has received it correctly, in full, and in the quality agreed upon in the Contract. The Company's responsibility after the parties sign the Record will be governed by the warranty policy.

5. Vehicle Handover Time The vehicle handover time is specified in the Contract.
