I. Purchase Process

1. Consultation: When customers visit the Company's showrooms, contact us by phone, or send a request for support via the Company's website, they will receive direct consultation from our sales team. Our team will introduce the brand, vehicle types, and models that best meet the customer's needs and circumstances.

2. Ordering: Once customers have selected a suitable vehicle, they will place an order with the Company by directly contacting any of our showrooms, following the specific guidance of the sales consultant.

3. Contract signing: After the customer places an order as specified in sub-section 2 above, a sales consultant from the Company will contact and invite the customer to the showroom to sign the sales contract.

4. Payment: After the contract is signed, the customer will make a payment to the Company via cash or bank transfer, according to the specific terms and conditions agreed upon between the Company and the customer in the Contract.

5. Vehicle handover: After the customer makes the payment to the Company as stipulated in the Contract and within the agreed-upon timeframe, the Company will proceed with the vehicle handover procedure to the customer in accordance with the Delivery Policy.
