The training program took place over two days, August 8th and 9th, 2024, and attracted nearly 60 employees from various departments. The program focused on raising awareness of the importance of OSH, equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills to prevent workplace accidents and protect workers' health.

 

Through these training courses, participants were provided with in-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health laws, particularly Decree 44/2016/ND-CP. In addition, instructors also provided detailed guidance on how to identify potential hazards in the workplace, how to use personal protective equipment effectively, and how to handle emergencies.

It is expected that in August, KIM LONG MOTOR will continuously organize OSH training courses for over 600 employees working at the KIM LONG MOTOR HUE Complex. Focusing on OSH training not only demonstrates the company's responsibility for this issue but also contributes to improving production efficiency. A safe working environment will help employees work with peace of mind, reduce the risk of workplace accidents, and thereby improve productivity and product quality.
