On December 14, 2024, KIM LONG MOTOR Hue in collaboration with the Fire Prevention & Rescue Police Department of Thừa Thiên Huế Provincial Police, organized a program to promote knowledge and supplement professional skills in fire safety and rescue (FSR) for employees working at the KIM LONG MOTOR Hue Automobile, Parts & Components Production Complex.

Employees receive training on fundamental knowledge of FSR

The program attracted 100 employees from various departments. This periodic activity aims to enhance knowledge, skills, and awareness of FSR responsibilities, ensuring a safe and professional working environment.

Elevating awareness and practical skills in FSR

During the program, participants were trained in both theory and practice through engaging and visual lectures. The theoretical content covered legal regulations on FSR, alongside practical knowledge to help employees identify potential risks in the workplace and implement effective prevention measures.

This included safely evacuating people and assets. These scenarios were designed to closely mimic real-life conditions, utilizing fake smoke, flames, and fire trucks to demonstrate the "Four on-the-spot" principle for FSR.

Additionally, the program included training on rescue skills such as first aid, asset relocation, and emergency evacuation during critical situations like major fires or chemical incidents. All participants completed the training successfully, demonstrating a high level of seriousness and responsibility.
