This event marks a significant milestone following the comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement between KIM LONG MOTOR and YUCHAI, as well as the groundbreaking ceremony for the KIM LONG HUE engine manufacturing plant and the launch of the new generation KIMLONG 99 bus with YUCHAI K11 engine at the KIM LONG MOTOR HUE Automotive Manufacturing and Assembly Industrial Park, Vietnam on August 23rd.

The exclusive licensing agreement also includes contracts for the transfer of engine manufacturing technology, technical services for building digital systems, and the supply of machinery and equipment for the KIM LONG Hue engine manufacturing plant, which has a total investment of 260 million USD and an automation level exceeding 90%. The plant's products will include a diverse range of engines for automobiles, watercraft, generators, agriculture, and construction.

 

Mr. Ngo Ky Vy, General Director of YUCHAI Group, and Mr. Ly Quoc Viet, Deputy General Director of KIM LONG MOTOR, signed the contract for the transfer of YUCHAI engine manufacturing technology in Vietnam.

 

 

The cooperation between KIM LONG MOTOR and YUCHAI Group aims to enhance local production capacity and elevate the reputation of high-quality YUCHAI engines in the region.
