KIM LONG MOTORS ORGANIZES THE "TRAINING TRAINER" PROGRAM

The program is facilitated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Xuan Mai, Scientific and Technological Advisor, who directly conducts the training. The objective of the course is to develop an internal trainer team, thereby enhancing the specialized training/skills activities, and improving management and professional competencies for all employees.

The "Training trainer" program combines theory and practical aspects with practical content such as training course design, various presentation methods and techniques, teaching methods, and training management. At the end of the course, participants will consolidate their knowledge through an assessment test.

 

During the program, Dr. Pham Xuan Mai shared insights into the significance and importance of training at KIM LONG Motors in general and internal training within departments/units in particular. According to him, building and developing the workforce is considered a crucial task in the company's sustainable development strategy. Therefore, since its early days, KIM LONG Motors has always emphasized the improvement of expertise, skills, and managerial capabilities, creating motivation and conditions for long-term employee engagement.

Through the training program, participants can acquire fundamental knowledge and skills to organize classes and deliver effective lectures, thereby enhancing the quality of training within each department/unit.
