JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop plans and tender documents.
- Review and negotiate bid documents.
- Evaluate the capabilities of contractors and propose the selection of contractors.
- Review and negotiate tender prices.
- Prepare, draft, and negotiate contracts, and contract addendums for selected contractors.
- Monitor the implementation and related changes in construction contracts with contractors.
- Quantity takeoff and preparation of bidding estimates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Economics or Civil Engineering.
- Experience in bidding, contract drafting, and estimating.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, estimating software, MS Office, and Project Management tools.
- Direct experience in the selection and bidding process, drafting and negotiation of construction contracts.
WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, afternoon 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM).
