JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Plan, analyze, and execute the Digital Marketing activities for the organization and events, while also providing a strategic direction for the Digital Marketing plan;
  • Take responsibility for developing marketing strategies across channels, managing and monitoring the operations of the ongoing communication channels;
  • Plan and execute online advertising activities on social media networks or other digital marketing channels for the company;
  • Compile and analyze data, make reasonable adjustments to increase the efficiency of advertising and operations;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and costs of advertising on digital media channels;
  • Manage the Digital Marketing team, overseeing recruitment, training, and team management;
  • Update customer insights for reasonable changes on digital media;
  • Plan the effective use of the budget to implement and monitor the evaluation of communication strategies and product promotion campaigns on digital marketing channels.
 
 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience of at least 2 years in Digital Marketing management or similar positions;
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in communication or marketing;
  • Deep knowledge and experience in using digital communication channels and tools;
  • Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills;
  • Effective communication, time management, and managerial qualities;
  • Proficient in English.
WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, afternoon 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM).
