JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyze and manage market information by brand and product line;
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyze competitors' sales policies.
  • Responsible for monitoring target implementation and supporting sales activities by brand and vehicle model.
  • Exploit and develop relationships with large customers and customers investing in batches at each SR/DL.
  • Monitor vehicle distribution activities and control the coordination and delivery of vehicles for sale and display in accordance with the market situation of each province/city.
  • Participate in coordinating to compile documents and train product knowledge and sales consulting skills for CN/DL personnel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Age from 25 to 30 years old, good health.
  • Graduated from College/University (majors: Automotive engineering technology, mechanical engineering, business administration,...).
  • Have at least 03 years of experience in a similar position or personnel with bus sales experience are preferred.
  • Work with a high sense of responsibility; Always strive to complete assigned tasks, have a progressive spirit, be ethical, careful, ready to take on new tasks, and have a spirit of teamwork.
  • Understand the Company's development strategy. Demonstrate fairness and generosity in dealing with employees; Know how to work with relevant departments/departments to perform assigned tasks well.
  • Have general knowledge of special bus products and clearly understand the assigned vehicle market.
  • Communication, presentation, problem solving and decision making skills; Negotiate, establish and develop customer relationships; Proficient in office computer skills and Photoshop.
WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS

  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, afternoon 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM).
