JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop a recruitment plan and implement recruitment activities to meet production and business requirements.
- Develop, guide and implement: Salary, policies (Insurance regimes, PIT,…), employee benefits according to company regulations and labor laws.
- Carry out procedures for: Labor contracts, transfer - appointment, reward - discipline.
- Manage records and update HR data management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess expert knowledge in HR management, labor law, social insurance law, and personal income tax.
- Graduated from university with a major in: Human Resource Management / Labor Economics / Business Administration / Accounting.
WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, afternoon 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM).
