JOB DESCRIPTION
- Developing communication plans that align with the requirements of building the corporate culture.
- Managing various communication channels of the company, including the website, fan page, internal information channels, etc.
- Editing internal publications, documents, and communication guides to enhance employee pride, improve brand awareness for employees, and communication with customers and the community.
- Generating ideas and organizing internal events and collective activities to foster unity among employees.
- Participating in organizing company communication events, social charity activities, and other joint PR activities.
- Handling training requests from departments, liaising with instructors, and organizing training sessions within the company.
- Directing the external image communication of the company.
- Undertaking other tasks as required by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University with a major in journalism, communications, public relations, or related fields;
- Experience in PR and communications;
- Ability to develop communication plans;
- Knowledge and experience in organizing collective cultural events;
- Good writing skills, adept at creating compelling articles and press releases that engage and attract people;
- Ability to connect with and motivate others, taking initiative in coordinating and implementing tasks;
- Energetic, capable of creating excitement and a vibrant atmosphere in crowds;
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to work extra hours when required;
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, passionate about social and group activities;
- Creative, with numerous ideas for organizing events;
- Fluent in English.
WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, afternoon 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM).
