JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conceptualize planning and architecture for industrial, civil, and showroom construction projects.
- Prepare and report design proposals to relevant parties.
- Control documentation: Ensure that both the facility design and construction plans adhere to current standards and regulations.
- Design layouts that align with the functionality and requirements of each brand/product or service.
- Participate in supervising authors, overseeing construction quality, and monitoring progress.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Background: University degree or higher in Civil and Industrial Architecture or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience with a certification in architectural design.
- Age and Health: Age range from 25 to 45, in good health to meet job requirements.
- Work Attitude: Positive work attitude, high sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to completing assigned tasks.
- Competencies: Organizational and project management skills; ability to plan and problem-solve.
- Professional Skills:
- Proficiency in using specialized design software (2D, 3D). Understanding of construction standards, regulations, and fire safety laws.
- General Knowledge and Skills: Fundamental knowledge in investment and construction activities for civil and industrial projects; communication, presentation, critical thinking, time management, teamwork skills, etc.
WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, afternoon 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM).
