JOB DESCRIPTION
- Inspect and supervise construction sites according to the approved plans to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.
- Evaluate, analyze, and identify potential issues that may impact the schedule and construction quality; propose suitable construction solutions.
- Take responsibility for the progress, safety, and quality of construction.
- Report on the progress of construction activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Educational Background: University degree or higher in Civil and Industrial Construction and related fields.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Age and Health: Age range from 25 to 45, in good health to meet job requirements.
- Work Attitude: Positive work attitude, high sense of responsibility, and a proactive approach to completing assigned tasks.
- Competencies: Organizational and project management skills; ability to plan and problem-solve.
- Professional Skills:
- Proficient in using structural design and drawing software: SAP, ETABS, SAFE, AUTOCAD, etc. Professional knowledge in investment and construction activities for civil and industrial projects.
- General Knowledge and Skills: Communication, presentation, critical thinking, time management, teamwork skills, etc.
WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, afternoon 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM).
