JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop human resource development strategy to meet the Company's production and business activities.
- Develop regulations and processes on human resource management (Transfer, Appointment, Emulation and reward,...) to ensure compliance with legal regulations and management perspectives at the Company.
- Develop and implement work performance assessment (KPI), regular and periodic personnel development assessment.
- Building and managing the Company's internal cultural and communication activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have professional knowledge of human resource management, labor law, and social insurance law.
- Graduated from University majoring in: human resources management/labor economics/business administration.
- Experience: over 5 years working in a similar position, priority given to candidates working in the manufacturing sector.
WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, afternoon 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM).
