JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop regulations and procedures on: Salaries and policies; Salary chart system; Salary - Bonus; Public management/employees' leave regime.
- Guide, implement and control compliance with employee policies and regimes to ensure compliance with the law and internal regulations of the Company.
- Evaluate and analyze the market/industry to advise on the development of appropriate salary and remuneration policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have professional knowledge of human resource management, labor law, social insurance law and personal income tax.
- Graduated from University majoring in: human resources management/labor economics/business administration/accounting.
- Experience: over 5 years working in a similar position, priority given to candidates working in the manufacturing sector.
WORKING HOURS AND BENEFITS
- Working hours: Monday to Saturday (morning 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM, afternoon 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM).
