SUSTAINABLE HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY AT KIM LONG MOTOR
Alongside business and manufacturing activities, KIM LONG MOTOR places special emphasis on training and human resource development. In 2024, over 200 training courses, nearly 50 specialized topics, and thousands of participants have demonstrated the company's sustainable human resource development strategy at the KIM LONG MOTOR Hue automobile manufacturing and assembly complex and its branches nationwide.

Since its establishment, KIM LONG MOTOR has recognized that human resources are a critical factor in determining a company’s success. Therefore, the company has consistently invested in high-quality workforce training and development. In 2024 alone, KIM LONG MOTOR successfully conducted 43 specialized training programs with hundreds of courses for all employees, attracting nearly 6,000 participants. These training programs are regularly organized in various theoretical and practical formats, covering multiple fields. The programs target a wide range of employees, from new hires to long-term staff, from workers and specialists to managerial and leadership levels.
Beyond the number of training sessions, KIM LONG MOTOR ensures that its training programs are scientifically structured, with clear learning paths tailored to specific employee groups. One notable program is the "Integration Training," which is considered essential for helping new employees quickly adapt to the working environment at KIM LONG MOTOR. In 2024, this program welcomed over 2,000 employees from all departments and divisions. By providing knowledge about corporate culture, work processes, and basic policies, this program helps build a deeply connected workforce within the company.
After the integration phase, employees continue developing key skills essential for their jobs, such as communication, engineering methodologies, and lean management. These skills not only enhance work efficiency but also foster flexibility and creativity in production, business, and management processes. In addition to professional skills, specialized training courses on science and technology—such as new energy vehicles—are continuously updated and innovated. This enables trainees to quickly access modern trends and lead in the application of advanced science and technology in the automotive industry.
Workplace safety is always a top priority in an industrial environment. Understanding this, KIM LONG MOTOR collaborates with the Central Safety Inspection and Training Joint Stock Company to regularly organize Occupational Safety and Hygiene training programs in accordance with Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP. By participating in these programs, employees gain valuable knowledge, improve their awareness, and acquire essential skills to ensure workplace safety and health during business and production activities. Additionally, the ISO 9001 and IATF Risk Management Training programs help the company build, maintain, and develop an internationally standardized quality management system effectively.
A distinctive highlight of KIM LONG MOTOR's training strategy, compared to other companies, is its "Internal trainer program". Establishing an internal team of trainers not only strengthens corporate training activities but also gradually shapes a unique corporate culture that reflects KIM LONG MOTOR’s identity.

KIM LONG MOTOR INTRODUCES TWO NEW SEAT BUS MODELS: KIMLONG 29-N29 & KIMLONG 29-N34
KIM LONG MOTOR has officially launched two brand-new seat bus models: KIMLONG 29-N29 (29 seats) and KIMLONG 29-N34 (34 seats), both 9.2 meters in length. These two models are specially designed for tourism services and passenger transportation.

KIM LONG MOTOR PIONEERS A NEW STANDARD FOR ELECTRIC URBAN BUSES IN VIETNAM
Continuing the strategic cooperation between two leading enterprises in Vietnam's automobile manufacturing and passenger transport industries, KIM LONG MOTOR HUE JSC has successfully delivered 650 urban buses — including 450 fully electric buses and 200 diesel-powered buses — to Phuong Trang Passenger Bus Joint Stock Company – FUTA Bus Lines. The entire fleet was produced and delivered within just 15 days from order confirmation, a clear demonstration of KIM LONG MOTOR’s production capability and its unwavering commitment to serving the community.

KIM LONG MOTOR HANDS OVER A BATCH OF 20 KIMLONG 99 SLEEPER BUSES TO VAN ANH TRANSPORT COMPANY
On the morning of July 7, 2025, KIM LONG MOTOR successfully handed over a batch of 20 KIMLONG 99-G24 sleeper buses to Van Anh Transport Company. This is the sixth delivery under the contract signed at the end of 2024 for the supply of 200 KIMLONG 99 sleeper buses and 50 KIMLONG X9 minibuses.
