Enhancing professional skills and expertise for employees is one of KIM LONG Motors' key strategies to improve product and service quality and enhance the company's operational efficiency.

In April and May 2024, KIM LONG Motors collaborated with external units and internal trainers to organize numerous training programs designed to suit the duties and expertise of each department.

For production block employees, KIM LONG Motors focuses on vocational skills training courses for new workshop personnel. In addition to theoretical training, trainees also practice under the direct guidance and supervision of experienced production management staff and take a final assessment to complete the course. Through the training courses, trainees will be able to enhance their professional knowledge and vocational skills to perform their jobs well, thereby improving productivity and product quality.

Continuous innovation and improvement of work processes are essential for the development of any business, especially in the manufacturing sector. Training courses such as "Thinking techniques", "Job planning and organization", "Waste identification and elimination", "5S method" or "Kaizen - Continuous improvement" are opportunities for employees to participate in improving efficiency, optimizing time and work quality.

In addition, to raise workers' awareness, KIM LONG Motors regularly organizes the "Source waste classification" topic with the participation of a large number of employees. The training course helps trainees to proficiently identify and classify waste at the source and be more proactive in their work, contributing to demonstrating the company's responsibility for environmental protection. Or the "Basic first aid" training program organized by KIM LONG Motors in collaboration with Da Nang Emergency Center also helps employees to quickly recognize injury risks and handle them properly in case of emergencies.
