KIM LONG MOTORS INTEGRATION TRAINING FOR NEW EMPLOYEES
In October 2023, KIM LONG Motors organized an integration training program for more 176 new employees working at KIM LONG Motors Automobile, Parts & Components Production Complex. This is a regularly organized activity to help new members quickly integrate into the environment and work effectively.
Employees participate in "Intergration training program for new employees".
"Integration for new employees" is a mandatory training topic for new employees joining KIM LONG Motors. Through the program, employees will clearly understand the history of formation and development; vision, mission, core values and organizational structure of KIM LONG Motors.
In addition, new employees will also be specifically informed about administrative regulations, human resources policies, welfare regimes and answers to questions about the environment, working culture as well as internal regulations of the company.
As an enterprise operating in production field, KIM LONG Motors allways pays close attention to regulations on labor safety, fire prevention and doing 5S to fully equipped and enhance knowledge for new employesss in the industrial enviroment.
New personnel are trained on labor safety regulations.
KIM LONG Motors always attaches great importance to personnel training and development. After "Intergration training program for new employees", training programs will continuously take place. This is not only an opportunity for employees to develop their own expertise and skills, but also a strategy to help KIM LONG Motors improve the quality of human resources, contributing to sustainable development.

Sáng 16/9, Khối vận hành sản xuất KIM LONG MOTOR tổ chức cuộc họp đầu tuần nhằm báo cáo kết quả sản xuất, tình hình nhân sự và triển khai một số thông tin, quy định trong quản trị vận hành sản xuất. Tham dự sự kiện có ông Hồ Công Hải - Phó Tổng Giám đốc, đại diện lãnh đạo các Phòng/Ban trực thuộc cùng toàn thể CBCNV khối Vận hành sản xuất KIM LONG MOTOR.

BÀN GIAO LÔ XE BUS GIƯỜNG NẰM KIMLONG 99 CHO CÁC ĐỐI TÁC LỚN TRONG NĂM 2024
Trong hai ngày 12/9 và 13/9 vừa qua, KIM LONG MOTOR đã bàn giao thêm 25 xe bus giường nằm KIMLONG 99 cho các đối tác, khách hàng lớn thuộc hợp đồng 600 xe trong năm 2024 tại Khu Công nghiệp sản xuất, lắp ráp ô tô KIM LONG MOTOR Huế.

KIM LONG MOTOR TỔ CHỨC KHÁM SỨC KHỎE ĐỊNH KỲ CHO NGƯỜI LAO ĐỘNG NĂM 2024
Từ 4/9 - 11/9, KIM LONG MOTOR đã phối hợp bệnh viện Đa khoa Tâm Trí tổ chức khám sức khỏe định kỳ năm 2024 cho toàn thể CBCNV đang làm việc tại Khu công nghiệp sản xuất, lắp ráp ô tô KIM LONG MOTOR Huế.

KIM LONG MOTOR HAS ACQUIRED THE TECHNOLOGY TO MANUFACTURE YUCHAI ENGINES THROUGH A NEW AGREEMENT WITH YUCHAI
On September 6, 2024, at the YUCHAI Group headquarters in Nanning City, Guangxi Province, China, KIM LONG MOTOR and YUCHAI Group, a leading Chinese engine manufacturer, officially announced a technology transfer agreement for the production and exclusive distribution of Yuchai engines in the Vietnamese market, as well as in other Southeast Asian countries and South Korea.

TIẾP TỤC BÀN GIAO LÔ 25 XE BUS KIMLONG 99 TRANG BỊ ĐỘNG CƠ YUCHAI K11 THẾ HỆ MỚI CHO ĐỐI TÁC
Sáng ngày 06/09/2024, tại Khu Công nghiệp sản xuất, lắp ráp ô tô KIM LONG MOTOR Huế đã diễn ra lễ bàn giao lô 25 xe bus KIMLONG 99 trang bị động cơ YUCHAI K11 thế hệ mới. Đây là lô xe thứ hai trong hợp đồng 600 xe do KIM LONG MOTOR cung cấp cho các đối tác, khách hàng lớn trong năm 2024.
