KIM LONG MOTORS INTEGRATION TRAINING FOR NEW EMPLOYEES
In October 2023, KIM LONG Motors organized an integration training program for more 176 new employees working at KIM LONG Motors Automobile, Parts & Components Production Complex. This is a regularly organized activity to help new members quickly integrate into the environment and work effectively.
Employees participate in "Intergration training program for new employees".
"Integration for new employees" is a mandatory training topic for new employees joining KIM LONG Motors. Through the program, employees will clearly understand the history of formation and development; vision, mission, core values and organizational structure of KIM LONG Motors.
In addition, new employees will also be specifically informed about administrative regulations, human resources policies, welfare regimes and answers to questions about the environment, working culture as well as internal regulations of the company.
As an enterprise operating in production field, KIM LONG Motors allways pays close attention to regulations on labor safety, fire prevention and doing 5S to fully equipped and enhance knowledge for new employesss in the industrial enviroment.
New personnel are trained on labor safety regulations.
KIM LONG Motors always attaches great importance to personnel training and development. After "Intergration training program for new employees", training programs will continuously take place. This is not only an opportunity for employees to develop their own expertise and skills, but also a strategy to help KIM LONG Motors improve the quality of human resources, contributing to sustainable development.
